A rebate intake specialist will collect the following information for eligibility

1. Property info- Contact, Address, Etc.
2. Fixture info- Count & location of old fixtures
3. Preferred method of communication
4. Copy of the most recent utility bill

This information ensures accurate verification and efficient processing of rebate applications.

Once the rebate department presumes eligibility ,the following steps will be a

1. Detailed Survey of fixtures
2. Proposal- what we’re taking out, what we’re putting in, and how much you’ll save — in both watts and dollars
3. Customer approval of proposal
4. (if necessary Coordinate a pre-approval inspection of your property with the utility company)
5. Prepare rebate applications and summit to utility company
