The following policies outline the terms and conditions under which we provide our products and services. By purchasing from our website, you agree to the policies below.


1. Product Warranty

Warranty Coverage
All Onbulb LED products include a limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Warranty length may vary by product (typically 3–5 years). The warranty period begins on the date of purchase.

What is Covered:

  • Defective LED chips, drivers, or components.
  • Premature failure under normal operating conditions.
  • Manufacturing defects identified within the warranty period.

What is Not Covered:

  • Damage due to improper installation, misuse, accidents, fire, flood, or power surges.
  • Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic changes such as fading or scratches.
  • Products altered, modified, or repaired by unauthorized service providers.
  • Use of the product outside of its intended environment (e.g., indoor-only lights used outdoors).

Warranty Claims:
Customers must provide proof of purchase (invoice or receipt). Onbulb LED reserves the right to inspect and test products before approving claims. Approved claims may be resolved by:

  • Replacement of the defective product.
  • Store credit toward a future purchase.
  • Refund (at our discretion).

2. Returns & Exchanges

Return Period
Customers may return eligible products within 30 days of delivery.

Conditions for Returns:

  • Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
  • A return authorization must be requested through our customer service team.
  • Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.

Exchanges
Customers may exchange products for alternative models of equal or greater value (price difference applies).

Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the product is received and inspected. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.


3. Shipping & Delivery

Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Delays may occur during holidays or high-demand periods.

Shipping Times
Standard delivery within the U.S. usually takes 3–7 business days. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.

Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and carrier rates.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Onbulb LED will assist in filing claims with the carrier and arranging a replacement if eligible.

  • Loss of business, profits, or property due to installation errors, power failures, or other events beyond our control.
  • Third-party installation, modifications, or equipment damage.

6. Privacy Policy

We collect customer information such as name, email, shipping address, billing address, and payment details for order fulfillment and communication.

Use of Information
Customer data is used only for processing orders, providing support, and improving services. We do not sell or rent personal information to third parties.

Security
We use secure payment gateways and encryption to protect your data. However, no online transaction is 100% secure, and customers use our website at their own risk.

Commercial Customers

Custom Orders
Large-scale or custom orders may have longer lead times. Quotes are provided in writing and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.
